At this point the Co-op Bookstore is physically CLOSED to the public, however we are here to help with your textbooks needs however we can. You can reach us by phone or email during business hours, and you can order through our website 24/7 for either shipping or curbside pick-up options.
UPDATED DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Orders placed within business hours (Mon - Fri 9am -4pm) are processed immediately. Orders placed outside of business hours are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Pick up orders will be notified by email when they are ready, with information about dates and times for collection. eBooks & access codes* are emailed within 24 hours of ordering. Orders for delivery are processed within 24 hours, and can then take 1 - 7 business days for delivery depending on delivery method and destination. Shoud you have any questions or concerns about your order please email email@example.com
*A note about eBooks/access codes: Stand alone codes (those not part of a printed package) will be emailed to the email address provided on the order. Please check that your email address is correct. Check your inbox and junkmail folder. Should you need a code resent to you please call or email us with your order number, and the title you need resent.
Any concerns please call us at 519-821-2050 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Messages left at either of these two contacts will be returned no later than the next business day. Emails sent to other accounts will take longer to get a response.
Returns need to be requested by email. Please include your order number, a description of the return and the reason. We will contact you with instructions. Please email email@example.com with the subject line: Return Request

Stand alone eBooks and access codes are emailed directly to you. Please note that this does not include any code bought as part of a printed package. These codes will be found within your book. For physical books we offer $5 flat fee shipping in Ontario (delivered within 1-2 business days), very reasonable rates outside of Ontario (we will quote shipping charges before finalizing an order), and we offer free next day pick-up in Guelph.
Orders need to be pre-paid for shipping, as well as for pick-up.
Should you need to make other arrangements with us please contact us. We realize the situation isn't ideal in many ways, and if you are struggling with the current options we will do our best to figure out an alternative for you.
Please note that information and course preparation has been a bit different this year. Should you not see the class info, or book availability you are looking for, please check with us about availability. Course outlines are considered the final word for course requirements. If you feel our listing is differing from what your course outline is asking for please let us know. If there is a specific title you need, that you don't see listed, please contact us. With the remote nature of Fall semester there is bound to be a bit more confusion around course adoptions this year, but we are committed to getting you the right book, at the right price for your course.

Tip of the Day:
Hand sanitizer can be used for more than just hands! We routinely clean used books that come into the store, and you can easily sanitize most of your book covers at home with a dollop of hand sanitizer. Not too much, and only on glossy covers (do not use on matte paperbacks). Polish your covers with hand sanitizer and a tissue. For peace of mind and shiny books!
