The Guelph Campus Co-op is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities and to creating inclusive and accessible environments. Accessibility at the Co-op Bookstore

Physical Access:

Our building (Johnston Hall) is not very physically accessible.  We are located in the basement level.  There are long stairs down to the basement from the front of the building (off Winegard Walk) and no elevator option.   There are shorter stairs to the basement at the back of the building (off Trent Lane).  Should you have any issues accessing our store, for whatever reason, we are happy to meet you outside or make other arrangements to suit you.

Located on the University of Guelph Campus:

The Co-op Bookstore is located on the University of Guelph campus.  The University of Guelph Accessible Customer Service Policy will apply in addition to the Guelph Campus Co-op Customer Service Policy (available on request).

Building or Campus Closures

The University of Guelph determines if the campus is closed, or if our building is closed (planned or unexpected).   If either happens then the Co-op Bookstore is also closed.   Please see the University of Guelph Policy on Service Disruptions for details.

Bookstore Closure

Should the Co-op Bookstore be closed unexpectedly, while Johnston Hall and the Guelph campus remain open, we will endeavour to post notification on our website, on our voicemail, and on the Bookstore entrances.
