Shop in store any time and get your purchases immediately. Or shop online for either pick-up on campus, or various delivery options.
All digital codes and eBooks, separate from physical books, will be emailed to you upon purchase completion. Just ensure your email address is correct and we recommend adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list. This does not include cases where the printed book comes with an access code or eBook. Those will be shrinkwrapped to the printed book and you will receive them when you receive your book.
Best option for most of the country - delivery is usually within 24 - 48 business hours. A flat $6 fee for up to 2 books within Ontario and Quebec. Incremental increases after 2 books, and reasonable rates to rest of the country.
You will be emailed the tracking number of your parcel as it goes out for delivery. Couriers need a signature upon delivery. If package can not be successfully delivered in two attempts it will go to the nearest Purolator depot for pick-up by you.
Should you choose to have it delivered without a signature, please indicate this in the Notes as your check out and we can arrange that it is left without a signature HOWEVER you waive all insurance with this option if something goes wrong.
Best option for very rural and remote locations, or where signing for a courier delivery is impossible. Delivery within 2 business days to all major cities in Canada, within 5 business days to more remote locations.
We are able to ship most places on the globe, however delivery options depend on location. If you need a parcel sent internationally please email us the exact address including postal codes/zips and details on what you wish to order (weight affects shipping options). We will get back to you with quotes on available options and we can make arrangements from there. Email email@example.com for an international shipping quote.
You may order books online and select Pick-Up in store at no charge to you. You will receive an email confirming that your books are ready for pick-up, and then you simply stop by at your convenience. You will need to show photo ID to collect your order (student cards are acceptable). Should you wish someone else to pick-up your order for you, please let us know ahead of time. You may put it in the Notes of your order as you check out, or call us to make a note of who is picking up for you.
Our building is not very accessible. There are long stairs down to the basement and no elevator option. Should you have any issues coming into the store, for whatever reason, please call or text us, and we will meet you outside with your order.
